由浙江创派智能科技有限公司推出的RCCM-600型视觉定位圆角裁切机，在5月21日开始的广州国际橡塑展（Chinaplas 2019）上大获成功。该设备属于国内首次将机器视觉技术应用到制袋环节中，有效地解决了现有模切和双切的工艺来制作袋子所形成的废边回收处理以及原材料浪费的问题。展会期间，配套在上海洲泰印刷机械有限公司的高速多功能制袋机上以150段/分的速度稳定运行，赢得了广大彩印厂家的赞赏。（该产品的具体功能参数、请见以下图文介绍）
该设备首次将机器视觉技术成功地运用到制袋机设备上，属国内首创、国际领先的制袋设备。其颠覆了传统制袋工艺，有效地解决现有模切和双切的工艺来制作袋子圆角所造成的废边回收处理、耗能耗时耗力以及原材料成本问题。是集图像采集、高精度运动控制、工业控制、人机界面等多领域技术于一身的高科技产品。
Single cutting when thevisual positioning function is deactivated: equivalent to the function of the head of the high-speed bag makingmachine with a speed being up to 300 pcs./min.
Single cutting when thevisual positioning function is activated: CCD is used to recording the diamond-shaped holes for deviationcalculation, and then tool holder is moved for precise single cutting
with a speed being up to150 pcs./min.
Double-cutting when thevisual positioning function is activated: the visual positioning function can be used to carry out accuratedouble-cutting of the R-angle of diamond-shaped holes with a speed being up to60 pcs./min. The double-cutting width can be any width in the range of 0.2mm~0.8mm
