INTRODUCTION
HSM系列高速制袋机控制系统采用基于Cortex-M7的高性能微处理器为核心的控制器,辅以各专用接口电路。与传统制袋机相比,具有制袋速度快、定位精度高等一系列显著特点。本系统切刀同步跟踪主机运行,具有 冲击小、切刀寿命长等优点;电气的各项功能参数设置、调整方便,所有参数及故障情况均由触摸屏实时显示。 具有倍送、冲孔、计数、计米、输送带等功能,还有故障自动检测及报警停车功能。本系统适用于主机采用伺服电机, 独立三牵引(两浮辊三光电)和双伺服切刀的各类制袋机。
HSM high-speed bag making machine control system employs a controller with Cortex-M7-based high-performance micro- processor as its core and supplemented by various dedicated interface circuits. Compared with traditional bag making machines, it is featured by a high speed of bag making, a high positioning accuracy and other remarkable characteristics. The system’s slitter works synchronously with the main machine and has such advantages as small impact and long service life. It is convenient to set and adjust all function parameters of the electrical equipment. All parameters and faults can be displayed at real time by the touch screen. It has such functions as skip mode , quantity counting, length (in meter)counting, punching and delivery as well as automatic testing and shutdown by alarm. The system is applicable to various bag making machines that use servo motors as the main machines and double-servo slitters with independent triple-traction(two floating rolls and three photo-sensors)
